In what city are the band rehearsals?
Are you in Westlock?
Thanks

Hello,

I am the leader of an Edmonton based female vocal trio called "The Chickadeez". We all have years experience singing Jazz and have come together to master our love of singing old Classics and making new ones. I am emailing to see if your band ever features local Singers or groups? We sound a lot like the Andrew's Sisters and I know it would be a great addition to a concert. Please let me know if you are interested and if we could audtion. Thank you so much for your time! We LOVE what you do! Marie Hill

Larry - thank you very much for leaving tickets for me to your show on Saturday night. It was a wonderful evening! I would have thanked you at the event, but you looked quite busy! I am not sure if you have thought about possibly applying to the Alberta Foundation for the Arts to assist you with marketing your new CD. I believe their next deadline is September www.affta.ab.ca

Message for Andrew Deppisch. We worked together with Precision Geomatics years ago (2001 or so). Just wanted to get in touch and see how you are making out. Good to see your name still associated with the River City Big Band. I took my boys to hear you when they were young and though they were fidgety the entire time, the concert left them with a, now very well rounded, appreciation for music in general. Hope to be able to see you in concert again.

Cheers, and to your future success.

Hello, (Larry, Al G, Doug Z&hellip

Just a quick note to let you know that I am HOME and available for workshops/ clinic and as guest soloist/conductor.

I have been active as a Jazz Orchestra/Big Band/Symphony Orchestra guest soloist and conductor in Europe and have numerous interesting European charts that I would enjoy performing with the Rivercity Big Band.

I am attaching a brief bio to update you on what I have been up to during the past years.

I look forward to your response and to working with the Band in the near future.

Regards,

Allen Jacobson

I agree with marcus, you guys need to up your social networking. I've been trying to find a decent big band in Edmonton for a fundraiser I want to put on. I just may be getting in touch with you soon.

Great music! You guys need a greater social networking presence. I'm pushing it out on my contacts. Tones & tunes in "Just Friends" are what I'd expect from a bunch of hep cats!
